A Lady Mrs. Esther Isaac, wife of Inspector Isaac of Police Mobile Force 54 and also APGA party agent was caught with dozens of PVCs at Onitsha north 11 Constituency.
APC party agent managed to trail her, he gathered that she dropped some at ward 1, some at ward 12 ( Marine Quarters), finally she was nailed at Boot 001 ward 2.
The news of her activity was reported to the police who intervened quickly, as at the time of filing in this report, the lady was said to have been detained at the Area command Police Station Onitsha. Information reaching our news desk is that the APGA candidate she is working for has taken to hiding and looking for a way to secure the bail of the lady.
It was further gathered that the woman is an APGA stalwart. Upon further interrogation, she confided on one police officer that it was actually the hand work of devil.
Investigations also revealed that similar incident took place in almost all the polling units all over Onitsha north 11. The collation officer in charge of ward 1 named China Odira whose phone number is 07030615243 was contacted and she promised to look into the matter.
Finally from our findings, the entire elections was marred with irregularities.
