The bill which seeks to establish Anambra youth Development Commission and which also brings in institutionalization of youth development in Anambra was passed today at the Anambra state house of assembly sponsored by Hon Nonso Smart Okafor.
This bill is a roadmap for youth development and strategic vision and policy framework that will address the much needed issues affecting youth development. This bill can be termed solutions to challenges confronting our youth.
It is clearly that, the level of uncertainty and unemployment poses a great task to the security and stability towards development of our state. This law will vigorously address the plight of our youth because of its focused policy outlines. It will also create job opportunity and empower both the physically challenged youth.
Joyfully it will motivates innovation, invention, skills, entertainment, sports,ICT and mostly enterpreneurship which will provide funds for start-ups as soft loans.
As it moves to the office of the Executive Gorvernor of Anambra state Chief Willie Obiano we kindly urge assent to this bill, because it will be highly instrumental to state development and reduce social vices perpetrated by the youth..
I appreciate the youthful speaker Rt Hon Uche Okafor, the capacity House member and the sponsor of the bill Hon Smart Okafor and indeed all members of the Anambra state House of Assembly for ensuring the passage of the bill.
