Dozie Ikedife, who took a bow to join our ancestors on the 11th day of December 2018, and will be buried according to his wish immediately on 12th December 2018 at his country home Nnewi.
Ikenga Nnewi, while alive directed us that his departure should not be mourned but celebrated. He requested that his grave should be not marked.
He died with life and a very happy man.
Two days ago, Monday precisely, I was with him at his home, and he was happily receiving visitors. He bade me 'Goodbye' and we shook the last hands! What a joyful exit of a great spiritualist! Ikenga should be remembered as a great warrior who looked death straight on the face and joyful took his exit. He truly prepared us, his Biafrans sons and daughters very well. In his death, we shall find life.
Adieu, adieu, adieu, our great leader.
May your gentle soul rest in the bosom of our creator.
